Creative, reliable, experienced - I've spent the past decade working in many aspects of television: advertising, reporting, producing, shooting/editing... I learn by doing and I've done a lot. Working for CBS, ABC, FOX and CW affiliates, I've won several awards, including five regional Emmys, and have built a solid reputation in the Sacramento media market.
I'm originally from the Bay Area, but headed up to the University of Oregon for college (I'm a 3rd generation Duck). My goal was to make a living telling stories using a camera, but I wasn’t quite sure where to start, so I majored in Electronic Media Journalism, minored in Communications and Theater Arts and got a certificate in Film Studies. Through internships and hands-on projects, I soaked up as much as I could before heading into the real world.
I eventually returned closer to home when I took a job in Sacramento, and have been telling stories around Northern California ever since.
